- When you place an order with Laser and Light, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you, based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
Shipping costs for orders from Laser and Light depend upon the shipping methods and options you choose. If you choose to ship items as soon as they become available and choose not to wait till your order can be shipped completely, we will charge you shipping fees per-shipment for each shipment as well as a per-item handling fee for each item.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

All approved returns must be in new condition and include all original packaging, accessories (e.g. power adapters, cables, bulbs etc.) and paperwork (e.g. owners manual, warranty card, etc.) or they will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Please do not write on the box, manual, or warranty card until certain you will keep this purchase. Include a copy of the packing list and clearly indicate your reason for returning.
Any gear that has been rack mounted, damaged gear due to misuse, and any product that looks used and cannot be resold as new, will automatically be charged 25% restocking fee. Ask your customer service representative if you are unsure if the fee applies to your return.
Repack, double box and insure!
To protect your return please repack items using all original packing materials Double box your shipment to prevent damage. If your return is damaged in shipping due to poor packaging we will not accept the return for a credit of any type:
1. Insure for the full value of your purchase.
2. Write the Return Authorization # on the shipping label.
3. Keep your tracking number!
4. Ship your items back with a traceable service like FedEx or UPS. We are not responsible if your return merchandise is lost in transit.

Cartridges and Styli, bulk cable, bulk cassettes,bulk packs, fog, bubble, haze or snow juice, carpeting, replacement lamps, LPs, CDs, computer hardware or software that has been unsealed/opened, slip mats, clothing and color media (gel) may not be returned. Credit Cards:
We gladly accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover with verifiable shipping and billing address. For your protection, orders are sent only to the billing address of the cardholder or the shipping address listed with your credit card company. Special arrangements may be made for orders that need to ship to an alternate address. Credit cards are not charged until your order is shipped.
Paypal:
We gladly accept Paypal payments with verifiable shipping and billing address. For your protection, orders are sent only to the billing address of the Paypal account holder or the shipping address listed with Paypal. Special arrangements may be made for orders that need to ship to an alternate address.
Checks & Money Orders:
Preprinted personal and business check orders can be shipped immediately upon verification approval. Other check orders are held for up to 10 days. US Bank cashiers checks and United States Postal Service money orders are shipped immediately. Other money orders are held for up to 10 days.
Purchase Orders:
For the convenience of our larger corporate and commercial business, institutional and government customers, purchase orders will be accepted on an approved basis. Orders can be placed by phone providing a confirming fax or mailed copy of the purchase order received. *Minimum $400 order for first time POs and a credit application must be completed. - Viewing Orders
